Our knowledgeable Help Desk Support Team is designed to provide customers with a streamlined process for technical issues resulting in a prompt resolution.  Wireless Innovations also has extensive experience implementing, supporting and maintaining many third party devices and applications. Our staff is accustomed to providing customers with end to end support for the entire solution. 

In addition to your Project Manager, Helpdesk Support Team and Sales Support Administrator our accounts also have a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager handles the overall account and provides day to day visibility and support to you.
